To set [state/], [country/] in AL-ASR Watch, follow the steps below

1.Press and hold "+" for 2 seconds to enter CITY SELECTION

2.Press "SET" 2 seconds to choose country 

3.Use "+" or "-" to select [country/] ,then press "SET"

4.Use "+" or "-" to select [state/] ,then press "SET"

2.Press "SET" 2 seconds to choose country

3. Press "+" or "-" to select [country/] then press "set"

4. Use "+" or "-" to choose NEW CITY then press "SET"

5.Adjust latitude ( [latitude/] ) , press "SET", adjust minutes ([latitudeMinutes/]), then press "SET"

6. Adjust longitude ( [longitude/] ) , press "SET", adjust minutes ([longitudeMinutes/]), then press "SET" three times

Use latitude,Longitude and GMT information to adjust ,if your clock have this ,refer to adding a new city if don't have,please select your neighboring city code No.
